Privacy Policy

Last updated June 25, 2026

This policy explains what Draft Punk collects when you ask to be notified or contact us, why, and what your rights are. Draft Punk is a product of Scribo. We keep this short and honest, because that is the whole point of the company.

Who we are

Draft Punk is a product operated by Scribo (Steven Silverstone), based in Israel. For the purposes of this policy, Scribo is the data controller: the party that decides what data is collected and why.

Questions, requests, or complaints about your data go to info@draftpunkdocs.io.

What we collect

This is a pre-launch site with one action on it: asking to be notified when Draft Punk goes live. We do not run advertising trackers or third-party analytics. We collect data in two situations.

When you ask to be notified

The notification form asks for one thing: your email address. We collect it so we can let you know when Draft Punk launches. That is all the form sends us.

When you visit the site

Our host, Netlify, records standard server log data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the page and keep it secure. We do not set marketing or analytics cookies of our own.

Why we use it, and our legal basis

We use the email address you submit only to notify you about the Draft Punk launch and to follow up about it. Where data protection law such as the GDPR applies, our legal basis is your consent in submitting the form and our legitimate interest in responding to a genuine business enquiry. We do not sell your data, we do not share it for advertising, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Who processes it

We use a small number of trusted service providers to run the site and the notification list. Each processes your data only to provide their service to us.

ProviderWhat it doesWhat it handles
NetlifyWebsite hosting and form submissionsServer logs including IP address; the email you submit to be notified
Google WorkspaceEmailEmail you send us, and email we send you

Some of these providers are based outside Israel and the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Where your data is transferred internationally, it is protected by the safeguards those providers maintain, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your email on the notification list until Draft Punk launches and we have let you know, and after that only as long as we have a genuine reason to, such as an ongoing conversation about working together. When there is no longer a reason to keep it, we delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

To exercise any of these, email info@draftpunkdocs.io. We will respond within a reasonable time. If you are in the EEA or UK and believe we have mishandled your data, you also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Security

We protect your data with access controls and encrypted storage, and we limit who can see it to what is needed to respond to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we treat the data you share with the same care we ask our customers to expect from us.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we update the date at the top. Material changes will be reflected here before they take effect.
