These terms cover your use of this website. They are not the agreement for the Draft Punk service itself. Service terms are scoped and agreed separately, in writing, before any work begins.
Who you are dealing with
This website is operated by Scribo (Steven Silverstone), based in Israel. Draft Punk is a product of Scribo.
If you go on to engage the Draft Punk service, the contracting party depends on where you are. Customers in Israel contract with Scribo. Customers outside Israel contract with BlackBox Intel LLC, a United States company affiliated with Scribo. The specific terms, scope, and pricing of any engagement are set out in a separate written agreement, not on this site.
What this site is
This is a pre-launch site. It describes the Draft Punk service and lets you ask to be notified when it goes live. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, or a binding commitment to provide services. Leaving your email starts nothing more than a notification. It does not create a contract for services and does not obligate either of us to proceed.
Acceptable use
Use this site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, probe it for vulnerabilities without permission, scrape it at scale, submit false information, or use the notification form to send spam or abusive content. We may decline or remove any submission at our discretion.
Intellectual property
The content, design, copy, branding, and the Draft Punk name and mascot on this site are owned by Scribo. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse them without our written permission. The names and trademarks of platforms and companies mentioned on this site belong to their respective owners, and their mention does not imply any endorsement or partnership unless stated.
No warranty for the website
This site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be error free, uninterrupted, or current at all times. Information here is general and may change without notice. It is not professional, legal, or technical advice.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Scribo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we update the date at the top. Your continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel, and the courts of Israel have jurisdiction over any dispute relating to this website. This does not affect the separate written agreement that governs any service engagement, which sets out its own terms.
